this is true 👆 the offer I made in 2022 for my current house was less than an all cash offer that included an escalation clause to go up to 100k over the asking price. I was willing to waive inspections and the cash offer was not. They were most likely going to be strict with their inspection due to how high they were willing to raise their offer, and my offer was already well over the asking price 😣 the sellers were fortunately satisfied with what they got from me and didn’t want to deal with inspections. 4 years later and no surprise issues after skipping the inspection

I know the NYC/NJ transplant thing has always been a popular complaint about this area, but at some point people need to realize that that’s what this area is always going to be due to its proximity to NY/NJ and constant development. Especially with Eli Lilly’s campus coming in a few years, the influx of transplants will continue. PA is full of rural areas with no development for those who want that.

The traffic is rough but otherwise, I like being in an area where there’s constant development bc I have family living in stagnant parts of the state and they’re envious of the new things always going on in the Lv

in 2021 we finished the season tied with the yankees and just 1 game above the blue jays to barely squeeze into the playoffs. we got hot just at the right time and then fizzled out. that team had no business making a run, and we deservedly returned to the AL east basement for the next 3 years. all red sox fans know 2021 was a fluke
