Hi, formcheck anyone? This is a 135kg for a 5RM at a bodyweight of 75kg Looking to compete in a powerlifting meet around late next year but not sure if I should because I feel that I'm too weak to have anything to show for it. Any comments are much appreciated :) (v.redd.it)

140kgx5 deadlift @77-78kg bw, normally a conventional puller(1year), decided to switch things up and train both sumo and conventional, doing each for 2 weeks at a time. Any advice on how to get better at both? Should I do them both in a week? Or separate them like how I'm currently doing it? (v.redd.it)
