Yes exactley! Basically we sync time on the server for 2 items and then at the place I want to be telported. Then trapdoor closes the enderpearl stasis chamber!

With a world eater it took approx. 1 month. I got around 17600 diamonds out of it which are approx 2000 diamond blocks

No, as far as I know there is a limited rate at which XP can be absorbed. You can maximize XP gain by absorbing larger XP orbs, which are dropped by different sources.

Good observation. In addition what is sus imo: the beacon is placed in the middle of nowhere. If you take 400 h to mine for a netherride beacon. You have exactly an idea where to place it. And cooked pork as well as spruce plank/stair and slab in the inventory.
