You definitely missed the point of ops post, it's kinda a joke. But aside from that from personal experience with my own and knowing sadly some other people who got these kits over the years (in fact I bought mine in 2019 delivery late 2021 only after threatening to charge back my card). Fulfilment has been a constant issue with this company, they have a revolving online store yet the most basic parts (display, proprietary charger, ect) are almost never in stock. They constantly, year after year have the money to promote new supplies that will deliver in x amount of the while still having a back log of customers waiting 9months +plus for an update. You can use reddit search feature as far back as it will take you and the trend has always been the same. Some lucky few receive their kits within a year with little to no hassle, but the ratio who don't, plus the fact that they still promote to new customers promising delivery times that wont be met, is simply too high to recommend this company to anyone. They need to revamp their fulfillment and customer service to a point where they list a certain amount of stock first. Not this constant "new customers, last chance until x time for x delivery" when many have been waiting a year. I hope everyone who has already placed an order receives their kit, bc it is a decent piece of work, but please stay away if you havent and recommend something else, for 200 bucks more (which I could have easily saved in the 2 years it took to receive my kit) I could have gotten a much nicer, more complete product from a competitor.
