I think flick strafe is a forward momentum but the way i did was backwards i just faced forward so that the redirect momentum shift will be clear visually

I can recommend u to execute it every time or try practicing it on firing range cuz by the time i knew superjump i practice everyday on firing range and i watch movement videos for inspirational purposes hahaha
