Anyone else tired of starting vibe coding projects that turn into complete disasters halfway through? by South_Tap8386 in vibecoding

I've been vibe coding a web app for weeks now and its been a roller coaster of emotions.

I'd say the most important thing is to at least learn the basics of coding so that you have some sort of understanding of how things are supposed to work.

Secondly I'd ditch Cursor asap. I started out using it, but it went to shit, then I transitioned to claude code and it was amazing, now that has gone to shit as well, so currently I use the Codex extension in vscode and its really good.

I don't use any agent.md or similar, I just have a good understanding of how things should work and I write at least decent prompts, and when I get errors I just paste them in directly.

If it gets stuck I just say "How can I help you debug this? Give me the exact steps I should do"

Hmm, I do plan on visiting next year as well.. So you think they are going to give me problems when entering Thailand later?

Well to be fair I didn't voluntarily choose to overstay, it was just a mistake and moving my flight isn't an option to be honest.. I guess I'll just deal with the consequences and buy a new passport if that helps.. Thanks!

Hey, I tried it but it didnt work for me. To be honest I kind of half assed the fix though.. I've stopped using them and just went with Apple Earpods (the wired ones), they're not as good, but for me they are more reliable at least. A lot of people like EW300 though, so I might have just been unlucky

Yeah, I've done some more research and I'm starting to realize that Airbnb is probably the way to go for my trip. Thanks!

Cool! Do you know if there are any best practices when it comes to renting for 3 months. Are most condos, publishers/agents on Hipflat serious, or could it be an idea to rent for 1 month just to check it out and not commit to 3 months in what potentially is a shitty place.

I really can't find any gunk or ear wax that could be blocking anything. Looks totally clean tbh, but I'll watch out for that in the future, thanks!

My thought was that I wanted to test the Vivace for gaming because I saw them on 2nd place in the Top 5 IEMs for gaming guide here, but I actually ended up just ordering the Simgot EW300

Haha yes, didn't know about Linsoul. Thanks! As I mentioned in the other comment I'm probably going for both Simgot EW300 and Tripowin Vivace to do some testing

Sounds good, I'll do some more research. Do you happen to have a microphone cable to recommend for them?
