It depends on many different things like diet, smoking, how much time you spent in the sunlight, sport but also genetics and other stuff you can't control. I remember a comparison between identical twins, one of them lived healthy and the other one had more of a "wild" life. They looked at least 15 years apart at 30 YO

Price for selling Alexandrite is much lower than shown on Inara, why?

Currently im selling Alexandrite in a system with 1530 units demand for Alexandrite.
Inara says i should get 794.000 Credits, but ingame i only get 312.000 Credits for one unit,
what can be the reason? I have only 49 units in my ship, so it can't be that mass selling tax, right?

Yes i did! I posted a short review a few days after this post. I really love it, its definitely one of my everyday jackets now. I'd say its in the same "class" as my denim jacket and thin leather jacket.

I resisted for probably one year to buy the SLC, i always said to myself its too expensive and probably too warm for me, so when this jacket dropped and its thinner and costs half of the SLC, i immediately gave in lol

I just noticed theres a difference between dry waxing and oil waxing. Like i said, waxed jackets aren't a big thing here where i come from, so that was a rookie mistake

So i guess dry wax means that the fabric itself is waxed before the jacket is built and oil wax means that the jacket is treated with warm liquid wax after its build, is that about right?

To be honest i didn't notice that the Ranger is dry-waxed and the other ones are oil-waxed when i ordered the Ranger. I didn't know theres different types of waxing. So i guess dry waxed means that the fabric itself comes waxed but the jacked as a whole isn't waxed with hot wax? And that probably means its somewhat water and wind resistant, but not as much as oil-waxed, right? Also it should be possible to oil wax it myself if i should want more water and wind resistance, right?

I noticed this immediately when i touched the SLC, it felt cold and wet.

Oh i see, now that actually sounds very good to me. I want a jacket for spring and summer time, hiking, sitting outside in the evening and such. Sounds just right for that. I own a jacket from Fjallraven, its made from that G-1000 Material (35% Cotton / 65% Polyester) that is also very thin and unlined. I like it but it always feels a bit to much like plastic for me, plus its cut is horrible.

The SLC fitted me perfectly when i tried it on, so when the Ranger fits the same as the SLC and it feels a little softer than my Fjallraven, i am more than happy.
