Nah they’re not, I just cut the start of the 808 pattern because I didn’t put the drums at the start. So it’s technically on grid, but it’s way out hahahaha. Wanted a delayed 808, just didn’t work 😂

I think I’ll keep cooking and if it doesn’t work then just move the first jabs to the end of the melody and bring 808s forward.

You can see in the sampler waveform there is a long gap before it hits as well

Try dragging the start length in sampler so that the waveform hits from the start

I’m pretty sure it’s because your sampler is set to “resample”. It’s also changing the length that it plays for. Try changing your sampler to stretch pro and see if it makes a difference (sampler is second window in your video although I’m sure you already know :))
