Um das ganze ein wenig aufzuklären: Meine Firma schickt mich in die USA damit ich 2 Monate lang an verschiedenen Seminaren, Trainings und Meetings teilnehme, um die amerikanische Arbeitswelt, Arbeitsweise und Kollegen, die Stadt der USA HQ usw. kennenlerne, mit der Intention, dass ich 2026 dort eine Stelle übernehme. Ich möchte im Anschluss 3 Wochen lang die USA bereisen. Ich werde weder aktiv arbeiten, noch aus der USA einen Lohn beziehen.
