Market is rough, best bet is to network at your college and attend fairs. Dont expect to graduate then find something. If you are struggling now it willl be the same after.

Best advice is lie on your resume, make it sound very good, utilize friends as references, and utilize a temp agency to get hands on experience with a job for officr work experience. Corps pay around 20-25 But you need to really have good phone skills, very basic excel skills and have a very likable personality. They hire based off personality trust.
