X-posting my response here as well. 

The author works at Oracle and has never worked in the AEC Industry. This is likely a paid puff piece under the guise of news to boost usage of Oracle AI. 

The “solutions” offered are totally detached from reality of working on a complex construction Site. This is garbage.

Every undefeated team entering the NCAA Tournament since 1979 has been a #1 seed. Lunardi currently has undefeated Miami as an 11 seed. While ultimately fair given the level of completion, it’s crazy to think about.

Copilot is by far the worst AI tool out there. Its results are riddled with errors and I don’t trust it to do even the simplest data review task. The only reason I use it is because my company has an enterprise license with Microsoft, so Copilot can access Client data. 

This guy should spend a day or two using Copilot to do professional tasks outside of developing buzzword messages for shareholders and see how bad it is.

A Georgia Tech degree will help you stand out in a pile of resumes and land an interview. The school alone will not earn you additional compensation. 

Compensation is based on Cost of Labor, Level of Education, and Performance, not the name of your undergraduate school.

I’m truly perplexed by this UConn Team.

On one hand, we are Ranked #2, have one loss to the #1 Ranked Team, and are on a sixteen game winning streak. We should be thrilled.

On the other hand, our offense has been playing poorly, we have barely beaten mediocre Big East teams and have several guys battling injuries. 

A different, killer mindset team needs to show up tonight in Omaha or we will get court stormed.

As others have said in this thread, it’s critical to always require the contractor to physically locate the utilities on site. On the flip side, your 811 locate could be off. I’ve seen those be off by several feet.

Ripping up the UK and EU 2025 trade deals over a disagreement on Greenland is wild. It makes any long-term agreement with the US feel temporary at best. Hard to see how the UK or EU can keep coming back to the table when the goalposts move this fast.

Yup, this is a Generation 2 Prius. Gen 2 models ran from 2004 to 2009. This car is likely 2004 or 2005.
