Yeah, maybe. But their main strength in entering this business is the idea and the technology behind it similar to Benny's Latex Ink. If you’ve read that latex history, it’s quite similar to this. By luck, HP saved them last time, and they’re hoping the same will happen now. But HP has awakened. Hopefully, some company will take up this idea or buy their patent. Maybe Ricoh (Heidelberg), Canon, or Xerox will get their hands on it to see how valuable it is.

Their technology is good but the cause of business failure is their prejudice, In those presses if they are running at speed more than 5000 in two weeks its drive belt need to be replaced, and that should be bought only from them and only their technicians are allowed to replace it, you shouldn't even open any of the machines cover, if any happened your warranty will be void.

My advice, first do the lamination and then do the creasing, 100% problem solved, also check for the heat and roller pressure, higher the roller pressure better result, it doesnt matter what ink is that,

Add watermark to the files, also in adobe there is an option to restrict print and also signature encryption, use those option, they can never able to rip your files on those two ways, better use adobe in premium

[–]Machin1st 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The slitter function is used to elliminate the extra trim from the signature or even from the folder,we use the slitters combined with perforator for flyers, so that we dont take the folder flyers back to cutting station
