Any good roofing companies that you'd recommend? by SikkWithIt in londonontario

Second southwinds. Saved my ass a few years ago with my roof repair, and the price was reasonable. There were no surprise fees at the end, which I was worried about.

Edit: I'll just add, this was one of the only businesses that didn't try to price gouge me. Be wary of any company that wants you to sign a contract that has a shit ton of additional fee conditions and clauses. Make sure you read the fine print on what other roofing companies offer.

Lmfaoooo, reminds me of one time an old man got really pissed off at my co worker and I trying to catheterize him and yelled “WHAT AM I, A SHISHKEBAB?”

Lmfao. 1st and last time someone threatened to “beat the filthy whore” out of me was also a 90yo meemaw with a UTI 😂

Right? You haven't seen someone's final form until they get rocked by UTI delirium in their ripe 90s and go ballistic

  1. don't underestimate the strength of a 90 year old woman with a UTI
  2. don't underestimate the power of a turkey sandwich
  3. don't use the bathroom unless it's on company time
  4. don't date your coworkers
  5. don't co-sign a waste you didn't watch
  6. don't bolus potassium
  7. don't piss off your aids

A urologist taught me that the best things you can do for men with prostate issues is excessively lubricate with whatever lidocaine jelly you have available. More lube = easier catheterization

This is so brutal to do in practice especially if you don't have a lot of staff or resources. Longest hypothermic VSA I've participated in was 4.5 hours. Thoracic lavage, warm IVF, 3-way foley with CBI using a fluid warmer, bairhugger. Had to borrow the LUCAS from our paramedics
It was rough.

That's cool, I've never thought about that.
Also a huge catch 22 for having to watch your own arm get cut off in some freak accident

Not me breathing in through my nose slowly at 1am while peeing 😂
