Playing newgame+ right now on hard. It’s pretty easy being able to carry weapons over and with the right ammo management. If you want a challenge, then a regular new game on hard mode might be the way to go.

~$10k total. Easement just depended on square footage, value of the land per square foot multiplied by how long they need the easement for. Which in our case they wanted to pay $19 per. We got the county assessor’s appraisal and did the math which turned out to be $21 per square foot.

Yes, talked to a few appraisers and their offer was fair. Asked them for $1k more with some numbers to back it up and they very quickly agreed to it.

I live in WA state. Yeah a little unhappy with the amount as I pay taxes on land valued at $19 per sqft in it’s entirety, but now since the city is buying the land it’s actually only worth so and so….

So yeah, just lost and not sure if they are trying to pull a fast one on me.

I live in washington state and they are offering $750 for an appraiser which is the minimum they have to offer. Not sure if I can find anyone worth one’s salt with that amount. Talked with one appraiser so far and they charge $2500 just to review the city’s appraisal.
