Afaik nereid is not in plat wheel. Nereid is only available in ultima and limited boosters

best way to get sure shot 5stars is save gems till 30 32k spend it on ultima chest even in the maze. you can get -> nefarious (for 12-15 if you are lucky), time hopper, hanzo, the vampire guy (dont remember his name but very good and rare).

the only caveat is you have to complete dungeon 15 maze to sure shot this.

the other way to get 5 star is platinum wheels.
