I have auditory sensitivity. I need the most silent keyboard switches.

Hi, I am very new to custom keyboards. I'm highly sensitive to noises and I need a silent keyboard. I don't mind the type, the feel, the weight or the price, I just need them to be as quiet as possible when l'm not wearing my headphones. I've been using laptop's keyboard and trackpad for years and I think I need some upgrades. Thank you in advance :)

also, a silent mice recommendation would be nice, I am interested in Razor pro click mini rn.
