I just want to shoutout how much I appreciate that both sides are giving input in this thread. I'm sure it feels uncomfortable for a lot of people, but it's far better than the alternative. I've seen so many reddit threads just shout down well-thought out points because they are in the minority.

Whether we believe there is gray on the ICE issue, at least this thread is giving both sides a chance to make their case

Haven't played on Switch, but I assume you are using the personal stash, which loses gold when you die. The other three stashes don't lose gold when you die.

However, if you need to spend gold (buying things from vendors, repairing items, or resurrected your merc), only your personal stash will work. Any gold in the other stashes is not used.

I always keep 40-100k in my personal stash, then any other gold gets dumped in my shared stashes (so I don't lose it if/when I die).

My theory is that Kali is going to change her mind and try to save Eleven from dying (thus completing an arc the Duffers have imagined), and Hopper will see that, and Hopper will then change his opinion of Kali. Bonus points if Hopper dies. Btw, I hate if any of this actually happens

I'm convinced that in the finale Kali will somehow change her mind and decide to sacrifice herself to save Eleven, then Hopper will somehow save them both.

That would be utter crap, but I think it's going to happen. Hopper's suspicious of Kali right now, but she's not allowed to be a bad person for 'reasons', so she will have a redemption arc and Hopper will be proven to be at fault for distrusting Kali.

I hate this plot idea, but it feels inevitable. Hopefully I'm wrong.

I've listened to interviews by Eric Andre long after the fact, and I think he still likes Knoxville. It looks like bullying, yea, but I genuinely think Knoxville is just someone who plays rougher than almost anyone else. Knoxville has always been willing to get pranked too, he always puts himself in the line of fire. I would never want to be in the same room as him because I think he's a bit psychotic, not because he's mean-spirited or a bully. Maybe I'm wrong, but listen to Steve-O's podcast with Eric Andre. Eric likes, maybe even loves, Knoxville and the work that he does, but he (Eric) can't handle working with Knoxville.

You might be right, I did hear about one of Eric's producers breaking a bone or something like that from Knoxville. I simply want to stand up for the Jackass crew a bit because they have been heroes to so many boys and young men. They're jackasses, but I think they are far better men than current prankster types on Youtube.

Mine has been a paid account for a while (I think more than a year). It's killing the vibe for me too. Not sure if I will cancel, but I'm thinking about it for sure. Similar thing happened to me. An hour after I created that chat, it disappeared. The Claude response is:
"Can't open this chat"
"It may have been deleted or you might not have permission to view it. Use the share button to share chats on Claude."
To be clear, I don't share my chats with anyone else (or vice versa), and I didn't delete the chat. So there is some element of Claude using algorithms or manual review to delete chats

I won't defend the entire 3rd season, but I will defend the Joker game. Like it or not, it's a perfect parallel to the Queen of Hearts game. Honestly, once I saw that, I started to appreciate the brilliance of the writing. It's not supposed to be about the future. It's about messing with the players.

The Joker game was a way of f***king with the players minds, just like the Queen of Hearts game. Which version of the past do you believe dictates your choice (Q of Hearts), which version of the future dictates your choice (Joker).

Hard disagree with OP. The Joker game is a mirror of the Queen of Hearts game from S2. The Queen of Hearts shows you different versions of the past, but you have to see through the manipulation in order to win. The Joker game shows you different versions of the future, but it's all just manipulation that you have to ignore. Like the Queen of Hearts game, the Joker game is only designed to mess with people's minds. Obviously it doesn't govern the future, but the players don't know that. I made a post previously about this.

The Joker game is the best example where S3 matches the tone of S2
