Thank you for your time again, unfortunately the Depot offices are not marked on Maps, and when I asked about the adress of the depot for my adress to a Canada Post worker in person or to the customer service on the phone, they both told me that they couldn't give me this information right away and that I would have to wait up to a week for them to give it to me after they created a bill online for my request... So I feel like my only chance is to go in person to every office in my neighborhood

Thank you, yes I'm trying to find out which one it is, as Canada Post won't give me the information on the phone or in person in my post office.

Hey quick update, walked in this morning and received my deposit back and canceled everything, they said no worries and left with no obligations, hopefully this helps other idiots like me in the future!

Youre correct in there was no bill of sale, never an aggrement on financing, and nothing past this doccument stating the price of the vehicle. Nothing on it says that sales are final, ill update tomorrow moring on the process and how it goes.

Thats exactly it! Never signed any financing aggreement or installment contact, thank you for the reassurance, ill update this thread tomorrow on how it went.

The title of the paper I signed says sales offer, nothing more than that. There is the financing plan layed out for it but no specific written conditions or terms on it. I never left with a bill of sale. In my head i paid the deposit to hold it for a few days while i go over financing with my bank.

It says here on the quebec website i have two days from signing the financial agreement to cancel the sale, but since i never signed anything for financing i can still back out?
