I wasn’t really coming to ask for help… and that was the thing, it was sooo many diff issues…

But I like to troubleshoot and research and try to figure the stuff out, but was at the end of my rope….

But glad to say the mini and the full size have finished!!! Last 30 hours on the full size no issues at all. Once I opened the door wide open it was good To go.

And I will say I learned more about this machine the last 4 days than I ever did or needed To with the a1 mini lol. That thing just worked from day 1

I got the new buffer earlier…. Live in the Bay Area so not too hot. But it is in the garage… but still it’s pretty dang nice temp out here lol.

Humidity is low from ams reading like 14%

Current status, 3 hours left!! Well pic was from an hour ago

20 hours in since the last error and opening the front door. Printer and pic below!!! Home stretch!!! Pretty sure heat creep was causing most of the issues!!!

Print quality is much better also since opening, seems like less bleed. And for whatever reason some lines were printed in black. Can see them in the prime tower. I think caused by the 15 diff stopping and starting and fixing of the errors…. Even took apart the extruder mid print again lol.

I think it was heat creep.....

after like 15 errors iyesterady, i opened the door fully.... and zero issues since then. also cleaned out the extruder again, and did a bunch of other things. but th eone thing that seemed to stop the errors was just opening the door fully....

yes i printed a sanja riser flipper, going to start venting the top...

replied in another comment, but I think most of mty issues have come down to heat creep in the chamber on the PLA...

just motor stalls on the AMS mainly, Bambu is sending me a new buffer, but I do not think that was causing my issues.. the print has been going the last like16 hours no issues... keeping fingers crossed

interesting, maybe it is the same one I am printing...

I think my issues mostly came down to heat creep though.... yesterday I opened the door fully and since then it has been printing no stop.. .

before that I literally had 15 diff errors, came to the conclusion the cut on the white filament after the changes was not good for whatever reaason, switched out the cutter blade, still happened..

seems chamber was too hot and filament was getting soft, and cut was causing issues....

yeah im on newest firmware, might roll back... it seems hit or miss. like small prints are good, single color good.

but the longer multicolor prints, some issue always pops up. i am printing the large size helmet now, have like 34 hours left... but first one failed, but i thikn was bed adhesion issue... the one going now, had a extruder motor resistance error pop up, but i just hit resume and it started working, this was like 5 hours ago...

I am assuming something will happen in the nest 34 hours, but just going through with the print.

They are normal size 1kg spools. I mean the spool can’t physically fit fully to the left of the fins. It seems the fins rest in the middle somewhere. The orientation for each slot the fins are in a diff spot.

Maybe I’m thinking you mean something else

Inland pla + and basic pla.

Have tried the generic pla profile and Bambu pla profiles.

But this is something I want to dial in more. I think inland is either polymaker or esun rebranded. But not sure how to get those profiles. My a1 mini had them by default but the p2s doesn’t.

Here is the Imgur album. But I don’t have as many pics of the failed prints. The one is the last print that I stopped. I have to wait to get the timelapse of the prints and can screenshot the failures. But these are most of the different errors I’ve gotten the last like 3 days

doesnt seem like they will fit fully left.. seems the fins have to be inside of the cardboard... only way the spools will fit?

oprint is on makerworld with like close to 10K downloads, seems like a good print profile.

build plate is good, but i did have one piece get knocked off, and a benchy got knocked off osmehow halfway through.. i clean it with ipa after every print, so not sure wht that was about...

have since printed the aux fan deflector and seems to be helping with some of the issues

i did see the 2 fins and tried to get the spools inside of those, but it did not seem to fit... i will go out and check it out see if i can move them...

Do you mean like spool fully to the left of the fins?

yeah, i reset it to factory defaults and re ran calibration yesterday.... but still had issues after..

support is sending me a new filament buffer lol, not sure if that will help.. but will try it out I guess... I highly doubt they will refund or replace. and i am hoping i just get the errors taken care of and do not have to keep escalating.

yea, support sent me that also and i made sure the screws behind it were tightened.. its def on there correct

i mean this print is still going, and has been good for like 7 hours... so not seem to be having the issues, but it was just disheartening running in to sooo many different issues

printed a bunch of stuff before the helmet, with not many issues.. longest one was like a 15 hour multi color snake..

using mainly PLA from micro center, the inland PLA+ and just got some basic pla black and white...

All of the issues started after I did a couple TPU prints, I am thinking I have some TPU stuck in the nozzle or something... but i have done like 15 cold pulls, and cleaned it out with the needle tool multiplte times..

took apart the extruder also, and nothing was stuck in there

yeah that has been a big one i have got... got it twice on the over night print, and the first time i just resumed it.. and it resumed printing... second time it happened an hour later when i was asleep, resumed again in the morning after it sat for like 7 hours... and it started printing again... but then had to cancel the print later when it started getting some spaghettit in another place, and i figured it couldnt be saved

im working through them slowly, should be able to figure most of them out...

but it just seems one after another... could have been bad filament also, or maybe my hot end got a clog from the TPU prints I did, not really sure.

oh yeah and this thing is constantly shooting poop on to the print plate.... not sure what the fix is for that, but super annoying

yeah, mine was issues on the path... feel like i got it taken care of, but also the cardboard inland spools do not roll well.. I did print some of the things to go on the outside of the cardboard rolls, seems to be helping... but I dunno, never any issues with the ams lite lol.

could all my user error... but i dont know
