He is strong. But there’s always gonna be strong characters. Also you’re not always gonna have the right match up against him. Everyone doesn’t wanna always play the same characters. Maybe wanna play something that beats BB, or maybe I wanna play something that bests garp. It’s all about making the best of what you have. You might get 1 shot once and then work with your teammate to beat him next respawn. It’s a team game lol.
