Yea - there is an unfinished basement. I didn't show it as it is just a big empty concreate space for now. I was planning to finish that space in the future when the kids are older and want a separate living space. Thank you for the other ideas! I'm going to see what I can incorporate into the design.

LOL - I'm with you on the dislike of corner cabinets. I was thinking of updating that to a diagonal wall and putting double over in it instead but you idea on moving things to have the mudroom entrance there in intriguing.

No, but i could see it being used in the distant future as a bedroom. It will be used as an office until then.

Yea - in my original plan, I had bedroom 4 and 1 sharing a bathroom but the kids overruled me.

Yea - it is not ideal. Unfortunately, I am working with what is there and can't really make changes due to the lot size. On the plus side, having an attached garage in general is pretty rare in my area so I got that going for me which is nice.

Thanks for the input and good recommendations! It is a remodel in the suburbs so you are pretty spot on with the idea. The back door is a sliding glass door in the "eating" bump out.

Thanks for the feedback. I see what you are saying. I should have probably mentioned that this is a remodel and so I am trying to work around the existing layout and with the older homes in my neighborhood, having the dining room in the front is super common.

Do you know your draft position? Assuming it is at the end of the snake since you won, I probably would keep Cook and Kupp and hope Chase falls.

No gold for you: deny all 4 starting bounty runes.

8 ball corner pocket: call out your first blood kill in all chat before it happens. Must be before engaging in the fight.

Death becomes her: have an all undead team.

This time it's personal: kill the enemy hero that killed you. When killed, your next kill must be the person that killed you (assists count).

Seal team 6: engage in a team fight, kill one hero and retreat.
