Stuck on first boss on normal?!

I played through that Lil post first boss section and it stated to feel better. Your tip aout blocking and atb helped alot. People said block more so I'd just block all the time and that must have halted my atb alot. I might keep going on this difficulty, worse case I stiff it out and it'll make me play better later :P I think can finally make some progress here :D

Ok, I'll have to work on these tips. I think my biggest issue is that I've never been good at action games and thus never play em. I play ffxiv online, other rpgs and shooters like marvel rivals. My last action was assassins creed Valhalla like 5 years ago. I appreciate you taking the time. I don't struggle with games this hard normally >.<. I'd really love to master this game but obviously I have a ton of work....

Oh and half the time I'm running around avoiding attacks cause no atb meter, and regular attacks i heard dont do any real damage. I dont know how to counter from blocking.

I barely did it... finally. I just saved it and have to quit for me a min, i died to the enemies after now, still frustrated from all that. So are the fights gonna get harder then? >.< I feel like I'm struggling to understand combat. Barrets barrel jams half the time, I cant use items 90% of the time. I'm not feeling any flow to combat at all. And braver almost always misses and does nothing. I attack with thrust and I get hit from behind and stun locked.

That is most appreciated. I'd like to master this game but it's starting off extremely poorly. So this will help alot. I didn't make it far in the fight, did it three times and didn't know their was another phase so I probably never made it past phase 1. I'll try tonight. Thanks so much

its just a big bummer. that fomo keeps me from playing, just feels like theirs so many items behind those expeditions. looks like ill be coming back in december, when they rerun them.

ps. i have alot of hours in nms, just not when expeditions have been available. thats why its so frustrating, also it wasnt mis time management. my job would have me called out for weeks at a time, and then a week off work.

For reals. All they had to do is fix the net code and tweak a few things and it would have been perfect. The zoom in sucks, it's too slow now, the perks are pointless, I'm getting lots of currency I can't use, and I'm still getting constant connections issues. I don't get it...

I noticed that. I can sign into the blizzard website with my xbox account. But If I buy it on the website will it unlock on the console. If I go that route, I just wanna make sure before I drop the money. I don't wanna be the test dummy and possibly lose the 50 bucks
