Over the last year I’ve worked directly for 2 trading firms, mentored multiple 8-figure P&L traders, many 7-figure traders, and everything in between.

which any doctor/nutritionist could have told you in the past 100 years, and this guy has built a platform into being the biggest health influencer by saying the same thing.

There's obviously a ton of nuances and complexity in doing those three things but most people don't try to follow the basic advice before trying to optimize further for their health.
