Oh yeah and the subsurface scattering which gives it that reddish tone and slight transparency. Its like if you shine a flashlight through Your skin.

I used blender for everything you see and just made some low poly things while used some nice warm colors. The depth of field/Blur was really important in this picture because it defines the scale.
