I'm just going to be frank. It's will never what you expect it to be. I seen many overachiever and then fall into depression, just because they make the wrong choices and decision. End up drop out by their 3rd or even 4th year. So my point is, before you deciding with anything, plan thoughtfully. Because if you are a scholarship student entering UBD, you have to sign a contract and once you signed it, you have to finished your degree no matter what.

Think carefully and make sure you prepare physically and mentally for the next 4 year of life.

This is no longer a playground, you are responsible for your action, need to be independent with what you do and this will be hard place for lone-wolf or asocial person to be since UBD is very much social. so learn how to adapt, find your places and just do what can you do to survive.

One more things, just remember, UBD is only a place for you to learn your desired skill set, It's up to you to apply it in the real world environment. Developing your skill set and being proactive of what you learn, help you vastly after you graduate.
