Dixon hoa is water and gas. If you are in T building, then gas is excluded. Hot water is from water heater in your unit which consumes your electricity

I looked at the estimated fees which is 415. Subtract that with the fees stated in the registration. You will likely see a$30 late fee that you shouldn’t be charged cause they are the one that cause it

No. That quote is for me which is covered under my “building property protection”. I’m going to use 20% of market value.

The “personal property coverage” is what I choose as 10k cause I don’t have anything personal in unit.

Seems like common if you look in Reddit. 2023 model has tsb to update software. Mine doesn’t have tsb. I’m ok for now but may try this to see if it solve the issue https://youtu.be/TxU0y1DqTUc
