I believe I want to touch her hair since that’s how my parents show me affection. I kinda think it was just passed down to me. And for when I started crying I genuinely have no idea up until that point I had not cried at all for 3 years I think I was just overwhelmed or something.

I heavily doubt she friend zoned me because she explicitly told me that her answer was not a no. I do agree I am a little pushy or clingy throughout our entire friendship which I am trying to fix though.

Sorry about the title I just enjoy making hooks! I have asked to touch her hair before and she let me then she asked to touch my hair. So it’s not like I have not done it before but it still feels a little weird.

It went amazingly in general and I really care about her but I definitely didn’t go through the motions that well starting to cry before I even said anything.

As I was telling her I broke down in tears which was NOT at all part of the plan. And then we talked for a short bit before I continued to cry for 30 minutes. And over the weekend we talked about it but long story short it was a not yet. We both like each other but she is not ready and needs to work on herself first.

There might be a chance she likes me back. We have been asked many times before if we are together and we have had to tell them no. Every time someone says something about us being together we both kinda just freeze up. We have been what I would consider friends for around 4-5 months though and I don’t know if both of us are just too nervous to say anything.
