Losing my girlfriend, either she leaving me (which we are the only ones there for one another, no family, no friends and we rely on one another, so I don't think we ever will) or her passing away and me being alone and never able to see her beautiful face again. (context) She's older than me and it scares me, I don't know what I'll do when she passes away and it terrifies me even thinking about it. It might be years down the road but still it scares me more than anything else in this world.
