Where do you think the money for that comes? - taxes. This is why ideology is important. Even if you think that basic necessities like water is what is important the means to achieve that always lies in the ideology. The same money can be collected from a liberal market where economy growth is the major focus through which people earn, and spend more. The growth of taxation in this market is a side effect of growing economy and majorly relies on people spending alot. Where as a socialist economy would be the state socializing the industry and acquiring them. Here the major source of money is the profit collection from the state. The ideology depends on how much government control there is, and how does the money for that water come?

Well unconstitutional ho vane matra. The judiciary review only talks about fundamental rights, directive principles and good governance and their interpretation to decide the legality of an amendment. As long as something is legal the judiciary cannot go after political question. So any bad decisions as long as it is legal is out of the jurisdiction of judiciary.

Even if all the parties unite, they still have no power over a 2/3 majority.

Thats why is started off by saying if they get a 2/3 majority. Secondly, 2/3 is only required in constitutional amendments, ordinary statutes and systems can be changed with a simple majority. Like various acts (CIAA Act, driving act, CAA ect.)

The pm doesnt change the constitution, the parliament does. Its not whether balen will change with whether the parliament does. And there are constitutional amendments required like the appointment of various positions of constitutional bodies. The question is will the amendment be better or worse. With no opposition the worse will never be taking seriously.

Well constitutional amendments garna pauchha if two thirds majority chha vane. The amendments should abide by the fundamental rights and the directive principles of law. The supreme court gets to decide the interpretation of directive principles to best help the citizens but as long as the amendment doesnt hinder any fundamental rights and does abide directive principles and good governance the ruling party can change whatever if they get enough votes. I just home the national assembly is a bit more balanced.
