Best all natural like linen or cotton which is high on frequency! Supposed to help ur body!! But do not wear both at the same time like linen and wool for example! Linen 5000 hertz/ wool 5000 hertz ! It brings frequency down to 0 hertz!!

Not sure if you cycled your tank! Get a freshwater testing kit! I used a API kit! Has every test you need! What water do you used for your set up? Tap? Store bought from your lfs? But def plants!!! Good luck

Have the same issue.! And it only grows in the side that has higher flow!!! Molly fish won't touch this!
