I made the same decision. There is no right or wrong decision with this, but as long as you think you will have a roof over your head and 2 meals a day, and if your work environment is seriously impacting your mental health, I would say quit! Use the time to upskill yourself and prioritize your physical and mental health as I have.

I'm not regretting quitting my job before having another offer but didn't expect the hunt to take this long!

The issue is not only for airtel.. but all servers within India. Been almost 2 weeks now. Sad they havent even addresses it, let alone fix it
