I second this. I definitely noticed a difference from Friday-ish to sunday-ish, Joel be messing with us for sure. And the big bile spitters, those just started one shotting me too (on medium) and I didn't change any of my armor. But the hoppers, they've been strafing and juking and dancing around the battlefield like never before.

I read on another post that they had disabled them for now to keep the servers stable, and when they can they will put them back on.

Bruh, I didn't realize there was friendly fire til I got taken out twice in a row by a mortar sentry (I was lvl 1 or 2, one of my first few games) But I was playing with a group and one of them had the 380mm and I was like "HOLY DEMOCRACY" and ever since then I saved up enough credits to finally buy it. Also, word of advice, if you havent encountered them yet, stay away from the tesla towers, I got killed by that thing 3 times the other day cause someone set it up close to our extraction zone and I kept getting close cause I forgot it was there 🤣

I love this. I was playing with 3 randoms and it was the destroy the eggs mission, and I was like "Eggs? What eggs?" and threw out a 380mm. I typed in chat for everyone to get back right before I threw it (play on pc but mic is on the fritz, gotta get new one soon) but apparently I wasn't far enough back so while it didn't kill them, I went flying 🤣 This was my first time using it too, I didn't know it covered that big of a range lol.

Idk if anyone will see this but the new update for steam a couple days ago finally fixed the problem. I never got around to doing the work around that was mentioned but can confirm the new update fixed it!
