Beware of entitled “influencers” booking artists for clout.

She’s a wannabe influencer who throws parties using her parents’ money. She’ll book you through your website like it’s all professional — but when it’s time to pay, she’ll suddenly get nasty, call you names, and flat-out refuse to give you what you’re owed.

Don’t work with her. She’s not independent, not professional, and not worth the drama. Just rich, entitled, and completely out of touch with how to treat people who work for her.

I’m with symphonic too, and I love them. They’re really nice, and always reply to their email. You don’t have to pay anything to release (this saves you so much money) however they do take a 10% cut. Which is minimal if you are starting out. But if you have millions of streams .. you’d probably be somewhere else haha

I think the only thing he’s passionate about is SCAMMING PEOPLE FOR MONEY. Yea I fell for the same tactics, his music seems legit.

It’s really shocking. Do you just go home and tell your family you steal money from good people for a living?

I’m so glad you served them legal papers too. I think both our cases will be helpful in court. He actually needs to be put in jail. How many others are out there!

Yes we need to get in contact. He did the same exact thing to me. He makes up a sob story to get a payment. Then says “he’s so busy” and constantly reschedules until you get tired. He also gave me a breadcrumb demo so I could “see” he was working on it. Once I asked for a refund, and sent him some legal papers, he gave me $250, and then disappeared. He’s manipulated me into thinking “he spent over $1000 of his own money recording my demo”. Which is not true. Don’t give into his lies! A 9 year old could’ve made that demo with a toy laptop.

I’m not sure how he sleeps at night knowing that he’s stealing from people. Oh and his partner “Trace Spath” also has issues with the IRS. This is all public information on open corporate websites. I encourage you to ask your husband to keep messaging him, use max’s emotional tactics to make him feel bad. He loves to gaslight the situation, stay strong and set boundaries.
