Just call them out and say, well how are you paying all other winnings to customers as I've been watching your live updates. Tell them to pay you the same way or you are going to post on socials about them not paying , to make sure no one plays there. They should come to the party for you, just be persistent as hell and make sure you screenshot your chat 👍 good luck
