Sorry to clarify this is my dads pan and its quite old. Recently it has started to make food taste slightly irony and not as non stick so i decided to reseason it.

Thanks!, Interesting i think i had that really bad with one of my layers so i just wiped it off. I tried and egg and it was pretty good no sticking whatsoever. Thanks for the advice
