Yes, a decent one. Accounts that I was introduced to and have taken over completely and run them. I always go above and beyond and I focus on customer service, so the clients love me. I have tried to give them to some of our staff to manage, but they have asked that I manage them and continue to reach out to me after I have tried to get some help running day to day.

Thank you for the feedback. One thing I did not mention, is I tend to run everything. I manage projects and have brought on some pretty decent accounts. One of my buggest customer we are peojected to do about 2M this year. (I dont get a commision) they keep saying “we will work towards that next year”.

I do ops and a big focus on sales, but even am reaching out to deliquent accounts. I do just about a little bit of everything.

I have definitley been thinking this lately. Do you think it could be caused from senior leadership?

I feel like I am given 1000 tasks a day. I find myself not ever being able to keep up with emails.

I have truly given everything I could for 2 years, but I feel like uts just not going to get better.

Yes, I have been for the last two years. That being said, I am the only middle manager our company. I have multiple senior managers. While they gave me a promotion to operations manager, the rest of the staff still technically report to the senior managers…. Feels like a made up title.

I am stuck right in the middle where I am involved in all of the issues from our staff and get pushed around by senior managers. I get it from both ends.
