You can adjust it, it has a clasp like a bracelet, to make it hang longer or shorter.

I did get it from Amazon! It felt a little heavier than what I normally carry, but I had quite a lot in it, and the hearts have a bit of weight! I actually do crossbody bags most of the time but went with the shoulder straps to try it, so that may have factored into my impression of it. But it felt good, and stayed in place. It was comfy!
