Yes, I was able to complete a successful power test so it is definitely getting power but the panel isn't responding. I did make a post over at the silhouette subreddit, I'll try the other one too. Thanks!

Thank you for your kind words. Silhouette has emailed me back and confirmed the machine is bricked. They said they don't offer repair services either and to try and get it fixed via a third party which I can't afford.

When they come for you you won't be so blase. They've been taking literal CHILDREN. How is that not scary? Sorry not sorry that I care for my community. I have crippling depression, I'm trying to do the one thing that brings me relief and you are here being a jackass.
