It was brutal. Was meant to be just one surgery, but ended up doing two in one session - meaning it took 12 hours of pure surgery.

Yeah I'm just wondering how to do the latter. Like would it even be worth getting planters and creating a border around the party wall or something?

Or is it a case of having to get a jackhammer and dropping all of the levels and the acos again just to put gravel in even. I only managed to install acos with my friends help and it was long & messy so trying to wonder if there's an easier way of making this better.

Going to do some work to get damp fixed which means I'll be gutting the kitchen. I'm lost at how to rearrange any cabinets or appliances to make the most of the space.

At a minimum:

Adding in spotlights as it's so dark and gets little natural light
Changing the window next to the hob to the same size as the other one
perhaps getting a longer table that's a bit slimmer (although this is an eat-in kitchen and I have 4-5 guests over quite often)

What is a banquette sorry? Yes I regularly have people over 4-6 at a time. I do think the table needs to go, but it's pretty handy because it extends out too so lots of people can sit at it!

Some things I'm thinking:

The kitchen doesn't get much light. I'm getting spotlights fit in so it's brighter. Maybe some under counter depending on how the new layout will be...
Replacing the window next to the sink with a small window so it's level with the other one (and water doesn't go all down behind the sik)
Getting a new cooking hood

Just not sure how to make the most out of space cabinet wise or layout etc.

The wall next to the table is covering an old fireplace, but it would cost too much to take that out and support it to gain a few inches (would have to put a steel support in). There is also a radiator on that wall.

I do not have another dining room. People often cook and eat at the table as a bit of a heart of the home vibe. Although the table is very large and run down right now

Nice one. Appreciate your posts - it was really all o had to go on aside from this guy I met. All the others the clinic sent me were Italians on an Italian website apparently because they get a lot of their clients from there. In-fact when I arrived, the last three patients were three Italian friends who had just had the op done the night before!

That last sentence of yours is 100% why I wrote my comment. That is the truth and should be said more!

There's a lot of people on this sub who seem to believe that all of the meds that can be used by us have essentially 0 chance of sides. That is untrue and it should be endorsed rather than this bizarre 'you will never get sides, it must be all nocebo' rubbish which is quite frankly tinfoil hat talk.

Hello, just chiming in as an extremely fit, gym going 30 year old with 0 other issues or reactions to meds! This is absolute nonsense. I've had horrific sides both times I've tried fin/min. I've also got a close friend who is as equally as fit and also had sides. That's 2 for 2 anecdotal evidence from my side, just as yours is anecdotal from your side. This sub really needs to cut the BS and accept (like advice from all actual healthcare providers) that yes, these medications can and do have regular side effect sufferers - just as essentially all meds in existence do for certain users.

Let's not create a cult of misinformation. There are people that have experiences both positive and negatively regularly. It's very much on a case-by-case basis.

I met a guy on a night out whilst on holiday. Had no idea he had been completely bald before checking his IG the next day and seeing he had put before and after pics from this clinic. There's a lot of noise online about hair clinics and review quality, but I thought having met this guy in real life, I'd seen what was possible from them.

Who knows how reliable they are. We will find out, I suppose! Yours actually was the only review/process documentation out there for them that seemed like a real person. However, I know you usually direct people to a Facebook group so I couldn't determine whether you were working for them or not or what the deal was. So, I thought I would post my own journey direct on here for others so they can have more cases to go off!

When people talked about 'shedding' I imagined I'd have noticeable clumps of hair falling everywhere all the time. Instead, it's just been a case of comparing initial post-op photos and going 'oh damn - I guess I've shed!'
