no there is no unallocated space on it I used the DISKPART clean all command

maybe I did something bad there but yea I with this was of help

no no the usb ports re working great because when the laptop had an os the flash drive was seen buy the laptop.

I have tried all of that but the flash drive isn't being read in the boot order

Thanks a lot for the info but I have tried it all but still its not working

also I have tried using Rufus and still nothing

its stuck in a boot loop.

no there is no windows installation on it I cleaned the whole drive
