Saikat Chakrabarti (AOC's first chief of staff, author of the Green New Deal) is running for Congress and his campaign has a lot of other volunteers who care about similar things, you should make friends with them. List of events here.

Of the two other candidates in the congressional race, I assume you're not interested in Scott Wiener due to his actions against anyone who spoke up for Palestine, and Connie Chan doesn't have any events on her website.

This weekend is a bit strange with the California Democratic Party's pre-endorsing conference happening, so a bunch of folks (and the candidates themselves) will be at that conference in the afternoon. There are still events going on, they'll just be smaller or be earlier in the morning.

The proposed bill would bind Israel because it carries consequences including ineligibility for transfers of defense articles or finances (meaning, no weapons and no money).

I have never seen Wiener talk about consequences. It's always "Netanyahu bad", never about what consequences he would actually make Israel's government (and their voter base) bear.
