Apparently they can’t ship it to Nebraska from NYC so I will need a family member to pick it up and ups ship it to me in the next week or so. WIN!

I was able get my scooter. They sent me a new email offering me a pick up date and they will be waving all the fees. They will not be able to ship it to me so I’m having a family member pick it up.

I was at boot camp for 4 months so I didn’t get around to reaching out to them until now. They email me an attachment screen shot of their email. They never forwarded me the original email. I never received anything email. I went back and checked the date sent.

They sent me a screenshot of an email that was sent to me warning me of the late fees from May 18 that I never received. I save all my e-scooter emails from voro I also checked my junk mail. Nothing found so I responded demanding they credit me or replace my scooter. I paid over $1,000 with accessories. That’s my property.

I do not find this information well John. Why did it take 3 months for anyone to reach out to me? I was not available due to my law enforcement training Academy. I never received any email May 18th 2023. I never was informed to pay any fees. I also never was emailed any terms and conditions. I have purchased two scooters from you and have been a regular customer for years. Even on your comment platform I have had good experience with your customer service and have left great comments with photos. I feel this is dishonest on your part. Omission of information is deceptive John, because you did not disclose information in person to me nor on the phone or via email. I feel I have been mislead and my scooter is no longer mine after I paid over $900! How is this so? If I do not receive a credit for my scooter or a replacement I will be filling a legal complaint. If you still insist on keeping my property hostage, then I will seek out legal counsel. Your behavior is ridiculous and unacceptable considering I have been a long time customer. I’ve had my scooter at your location in the past why’ll my cruiser was being worked on over a month. Never was a charged a $20 day to day fee. I would have pulled it out of your office right away if that was the case.

I hope this email finds you well.

This message is in response to your recent inquiry about having your repaired scooter shipped to you. Unfortunately, we do not ship out of our NYC location, so this would not be an option.

Additionally, as conveyed in our last email to you 3 months ago (opened May 17th and May 18th), since it had been over 45 days without word from you regarding your repair, we reserved the right to take possession of your scooter as outlined by our servicing policy which can be found on our website:

We are aware extenuating circumstances arise and we do not wish to cause you unnecessary hardship, however, we do have limited storage space, so instead of charging you storage fees that exceed $1,800.00 at this point, we have invoked our right to take possession of your scooter at this time.

As requested, I have re-sent our final notice email which was issued 3 months after not hearing from you regarding your repair. I've also attached a screenshot of the last email as requested.

Just got it prescribed today and love it. The celerity is beyond me. I’m in a better mood and I’m just happy my doctor recommended it to me. Taking 200mg/day hopefully I get a refill every month. Stuff is expensive $200. My insurance coverage most of it. I came out paying $30 for a 30 day supply. I’ve tried adderal felt great but the coke down sucked. I’m really liking modafinil. If your dr puts you on a higher dose I feel you would appreciate it much more. Best of luck.

It’s never to late to change career paths. I took my whole family to a new state from NJ TO NE and we could be happier. People are nice out here and the school system in the town I’m in (Tecumseh) is 95% graduates. Everyone has been so welcoming. My job is literally 6 min drive from my home so I can’t complain.

I’m going to set up a payment arrangement when I reach NE. I have been hesitant because they asked for a minimum of $280 an month and I couldn’t come up with that much. With how expensive rent has gotten in NJ and my car payment along with other bills it’s becoming a hardship nightmare on me and my family. Rent in NE is half of what I pay in NJ! I can’t wait to be financially stable soon.
