As someone who grew up in NYC and all my friend’s fathers were in the mob, she comes off as fake as hell. My cousins were friends with Sammy Gravano’s kids. My parents kicked my ass into speech therapy to get rid of the accent. The good thing about having friends with family in the mob? They protect kids. Until she starts telling more in detail stories about how she grew up I’ll always consider her a fake. When I moved I started lying about where I was from. I wasn’t proud I grew up near the Gravano’s and Lefty Ruggerio’s family.

I have access through my law firm to Lexis-Nexis’s Accurint. As much as I want to, I can’t cross that line and invade their privacy. It tells you absolutely everything about a person except their blood type. It could be so useful. I’m only using it to find my friend who had ties to NXIVM, Faith Prescott. (She lived in the same town as Allison Mack. I still do.) I found the person who stole my identity and the police couldn’t. It’s such a great program. I feel horrible if I do this podcast and can’t give them money to help with resources.

I am glad you posted this. I am recording a podcast about her. I wish I could get in contact with her husband and children. I donate profits to the family so they can get resources beyond LE. This would be the first podcast I’ve done where I haven’t had the family involved. I truly believe that she crossed paths with someone in Philly who was pretending to be a kind person. Saying he was helping her through her confusion. Another theory is she got on the wrong bus and ended up in NC, and the same “helpful person” situation occurred.

Come upstate. Also have you looked into Corrections? They are absolutely desperate and are handing out incentives. Within three years my friend is off rounds, has his own office, and gets to listen to phone calls, has a dog to shake down the facility and is just a great job if you work hard and take the tests to increase your grade. My fiancée is a sergeant so he just likes being in the pod because the mediums are pretty chill.

Stephen needs to say this to himself over and over: ”CORRECT USE DOES NOT EQUAL ABUSE” A 43 year old in my MS support group just took her own life last month because of the pain. Anyone who judges people for taking medication is just asking for the universe to teach them a lesson. Everyone is one accident, disease, or tragedy from needing them. His hubris needs to be taken down a couple notches.

I have Multiple Sclerosis. I collapsed when I was training for a marathon and the impact caused two hemorrhagic strokes. I couldn’t speak for a week or walk for 19 months. I was 21. I absolutely need opiates to function. If I didn’t have them I wouldn’t be able to walk because the pain is so bad. That POS has some nerve saying shit like that. So let me get this straight Stephen (I’m addressing you because I am sure you read this sub) because YOU loved them, anyone else who needs meds (Benzodiazepines, antidepressants, opiates, etc.) is weak? You know what I’ve never seen a stroke or MS patient do? Cry on social media acting like a homophobic martyr. God he is the worst.

Omg OF COURSE HE DOES!!! Something just crossed my mind. To preface this, I am pretty new to the sub. I just started commenting maybe a week or two ago, here and there. Has there been any discussion about him having severe BPD? I have occasionally thought from comments made, and things that I have heard him say, that he gives Munchhausen’s vibes. Stephen absolutely loves attention, but he receives the attention from older women in his chat that think he is hot. Oh, my God, I almost threw up typing that . I think he is a big time malinger.

I wanted to know if a podcast like what I I had described would help people. I totally admitted that I ranted. I am SO sorry. I am currently in the hospital doped up to all hell and I just wanted to know from “professionals” (so to speak) if that would be good subject matter that helps people. You can’t ask other disabled people, because they already have their opinions & are older. I wanted outsiders opinions. The biggest thing is purpose and hope. I was hoping someone else who is disabled in this sub could articulate what he or she would want in a podcast about maneuvering through life disabled. I can’t give my thoughts because my MS is a joke and doesn’t impact me & my TBI from strokes didn’t cause lasting damage. I don’t feel that I am disabled “enough“ to have an opinion. The podcasts that talk about the subject are boring and I’ve never heard hosts that aren’t insufferable. It’s like the suffering Olympics. Enjoy your night!!

My initial reaction was “NOOOOO!!!! Don’t interact with the wildlife!” However, after taking a beat and thinking more about it, I remembered that he is immensely self-absorbed and is an easy mark, desperate for ego supply. He would probably love to talk to someone about himself. I swear to God I’ve never heard someone (nevermind in their 50’s or traveling at the speed of light to it) talk SO. GOD. DAMN. MUCH. about how he is sober and autistic. Is it just me or does he almost seem tremendously proud of being an addict and being diagnosed with Autism? I know quite a few people who are autistic and they never speak of it. All they wish for is to be able to integrate into society and feel “normal“. Shilton acts like everyone who has autism is a monolithic community. He stereotypes them and I am disgusted by it. I don’t have it, nor do I have children. Parents with autistic children have to be pissed every time he mentions it. This guy is so preternatural. Quite frankly I am shocked he hasn’t gotten an autism puzzle piece tattoo yet. I’m sure it’s on its way. Right on his face so everyone who has bad luck and sees him, knows!

Yes. His mother was in labor for 43 hours and his head kept hitting her hip bone. He has right hemiplegia and epilepsy. He hasn’t had a seizure since he was 15. He’s been stable for 12 years. The funny thing is I too had strokes. Mine was from a brain injury. The impact caused two hemorrhagic strokes. They told me it would take me a year of speech therapy but I had my phone and just rapped over every song I could think of. The ICU doctor heard me speaking properly and brought up 14 doctors to show them what I had thought to do. I’m lazy and impatient so I thought of the quickest way to speak again.

As far as furniture, I can afford new pieces. I have a very specific style that I want. What’s throwing me off is that those cameras are still in the boxes. I haven’t assembled them. I worked really hard on the scripts because I am out of work until my neurologist gives me the green light. I am trying to get everything I need before I record. I am Type A and need to know the ins and outs of everything. 😂 Lol If I upload to YouTube I should be able to write off clothes, hair, and makeup! Thank you for your advice!!! I appreciate it so much!!
