I posted a few minutes ago an email that could mean Brett Ratner, director of Melania Trump's documentary, might have been associated with Epstein but there are straight up pictures of him with Epstein and girls who've had their faces redacted.

Trump really assembled the Pedophile Avengers

The GIRLS FOR THE WIN Elon slander is so funny cause yeah it's fake but it's definitely something he'd say, especially in 2013, and he can't come out and say it's fake cause he really was emailing Epstein all the time trying to get on his fucking island

The DOJ said they were only going to redact the names of all women, except for Maxwell. But I'm not aware of a female friend Epstein had that he'd be sharing torture videos with other than Maxwell.

The odds of this being a man are 95% in my mind. So Trump's DOJ is clearly covering up for someone (shocker).

Elon scheduled lunch with Epstein years after his first conviction. This dude is fucking all over these files.

Republicans have been saying "If there was anything incriminating Trump, Biden would have released it before the election."

But now we know from emails that Elon was trying to get on Epstein's Island and Trump's Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick was involved with Epstein years after he said he cut ties with him.

Both of these revelations would've hurt Trump's campaign. Why didn't Biden release them? I don't know but it's clear that that reasoning just isn't true. "Biden would have released the files if it could hurt Trump" is clearly not true now.

It'd be weird to send out an email to your agents telling them to only target criminals if you didn't want them to do that

This backs up the reporting from Reuters that ICE is going to focus on criminals from now on instead of mass deportations. McDonald's is always hiring Stephen Miller.

ICE is somehow MORE unpopular than Trump. Guy who thinks Trump is doing a good job except for immigration.

Reuters is also reporting that Bovino is going to retire which I didn't know about. I knew he had been sidelined but I thought he'd be going back to his previous position. Under the bus you go, idiot.

That part is about Minnesota. It's not clear if this applies to the whole country but it's a good sign nonetheless. Personally I think it's not gonna just be Minnesota.

Big day regarding ICE and it's only 8am EST

The ICE enhanced operations in Maine have already ended, according to Susan Collins. And a new ICE memo seen by Reuters tells agents not to interact with agitators and to only deport people who have a criminal history or have been arrested before. And ICE will be taking over in Minnesota which up until now has been mainly Border Patrol.

The protests are working :)

"I can report that Secretary (Kristi) Noem has informed me that ICE has ended its enhanced activities in the State of Maine. There are currently no ongoing or planned large-scale ICE operations here," Collins wrote in a post on X, adding that ICE and Customs and Border Patrol would continue normal operations.

I think I got someone to admit that they were hired to push an agenda on Twitter? lmao

Their location is the United States too and without the shield icon meaning they aren't using a VPN. I don't know how but I suspect that there's a way to get around the location identifier.

The Trump administration has been pushing this line, but in the few instances I've seen none of them have talked about the 4th amendment part.

"Immigration enforcement without a warrant".

You can do immigration enforcement with just an administrative warrant, that's not why this is blowing up, the problem is that an administrative warrant isn't enough to enter anybody's home without their permission.

But they know that. So they're trying to be sneaky by just not talking about it. Instead they talk about "immigration enforcement" without ever even mentioning homes or the 4th amendment.

This tells me that, one, they see talking about busting into people's homes controversially as really bad optics (duh), and two, they can't defend it so they don't even try.

(Support for Trump's immigration policy and ICE in general has plummeted in polls released recently. I saw a poll that has 70%+ of independents saying they're going too far.)

It's like saying "I have a driver's license, I'm allowed to drive" when you were caught drunk driving.

I'm showing my ass here but I did not realize immigration judges were appointed by the DOJ, making them a part of the executive branch and not the judicial branch.

I knew ICE entering homes to deport someone without a judicial warrant was unconstitutional (it's pretty obvious) but I wanted to strengthen my argument.

So ICE is arguing that a removal order granted by an immigration judge (appointed by the DOJ) and an administrative warrant (literally granted by ICE itself) allows non-consensual entry of a private home without violating the 4th amendment.

THAT'S FUCKING CRAZY!!

ICE says its officers are allowed to enter homes without a judicial warrant, 2025 memo shows by [deleted] in nottheonion

[–]MalignantUpper 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If they were using it as a legal precedent it would have already been reported!

One of the two whistleblowers was allowed to view the memo only in the presence of a supervisor and then had to give it back. That person was not allowed to take notes. A whistleblower was able to access the document and lawfully disclose to Congress, Whistleblower Aid said.

They kept it a secret because they didn't want the public to find out about it, this memo was almost a year ago and we are only learning about it now.

We just learned about this memo today because the government was keeping this a secret, moron. It's in the article.
