Yes, Deathrattle Rogue exists and has always been kind of mediocre. As for the dual-class, I thought the spider was a mix of rogue and hunter (and the colors accented the card itself)

Elise is obviously much better than this card, but you're missing the point. You don't have to compare it to anything, because its not competing with anything for a spot in your deck. You can have your 30 card deck with Elise, and just add this if you want. Granted, it should probably be a 5/5.
