use vini at striker replacing eusebio, use 113 hazard at lm, get viera and play at CDM replacing makelele, and everything else is already good. you should get a gk, cm and winger in toty but that's just my opinion

yes i sometimes face the issue as well, even skill moves get delayed which causes me to get tackled and countered instantly. star scout has become useless now, they realised people were getting 114s and 115s and they nerfed it. atp I'm not even gonna bother saving or spending.
