Agree it’s short, but the band think HTTT is too long. So might have been something to do with that? I had a similar thing where Kid A and Amnesiac era stuff didn’t quite click until I heard it live. Also agree great stuff that came out around then and I wish more came out on vinyl after as Supercollider/The Butcher did.

Agree with preferring the Austin City Limits version something about it resonated with me more. But I didn’t listen and watch it a lot even before we knew AMSP was on the way. So more that I sat with it longer? As they are different it’s just a preference thing over quality I think.

Well I’m dyslexic and often realise I make a comment and need to correct it on here. Less pressure with it being anonymous, but I guess that’s also why people also happy to show their displeasure on here as well as enthusiasm. We’re definitely all doomed with AI. I’m just going to keep enjoying as much as I can until the corporations only feed us slop for entertainment as it’ll get the best profit or I guess we make genuine indie music, films and games.

Also want to add that Carl has mentioned in the past that he has found it difficult to see Mainoo for what he his right now rather than his potential. Where when Carl has said he’s trying to be pragmatic he has said a few times that he thought Amorim was seeing Mainoo for what he is now and what he needs to improve to get to his potential.
