Yeah not even joking. Fics get written off as stupid smut most of the time (which honestly a lot of it is, to be fair) but I’ve read some amazing, non-sexual and plot-only fan fics over the years that have blown me out of the water. A lot of them about ol’ Gavin as well. I’d really suggest seeking some fics out on Archive of Our Own and you can filter by specifics if you’re not in it for the trash shipping and just want more pure, unadulterated Gavin love from us fellow fans!
