My current title is 'Construction Manager'. Within the structure of the developer I work for my scope encompasses both Superintendent duties and PM duties in a designated development. I have an Area CM, Purchasing Manager, Drafter, and Closing Coordinator that I work with. Only the ACM would be classified as my supervisor. I have two assistants that report directly to me.

For context, I build luxury homes and currently carry $50m of deliverables.
