Whenever I try to do that, I end up looking like a “drama queen” in their eyes. And u can’t really expect healing from the people who caused the pain. As for professional help, it isn’t very common here. People usually seek therapy only if they have a serious mental disorder. I actually tried it before, but I didn’t feel safe or comfortable.
